Bio: Hi, my name is Toby and I am 7 years old and weigh around 75 pounds. My family gave me up because I am really afraid of thunder, fireworks, gunshots and so on. I was kept outside and when I would hear those loud noises I was so scared that I destroyed doors trying to get in the house. I don't want to live outside by myself, I want to be inside where I will feel safe and secure. I am definitely not a country boy--I'm more of a city slicker. Too many guns go off in rural Alabama. My family loved me but could not handle my thunderphobia, so they gave me to AGB.

TobyI can tell you that I love people--big people and little people--but I am not keen on other dogs. I am not sure why. I think it has something to do with my past. I am a low-energy pup, so if you are retired and you just want a pal to do stuff with, then I am your guy. I am sweet and gentle and love to be loved. AGB said I would be best suited to a family of school age children with no other pets. I would love to find my forever family before the holidays, so please consider me! I would make a great companion. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Toby
