BozemanBio:  Meet Bozeman from Houston, Texas! A golden retriever rescue in Houston asked us to help him. He had been with them for some time and they just couldn't find him the right home. You see, Bozeman has a touch of thunderphobia which we think is quite understandable since he was a KATRINA dog and no one knows what this poor dog endured. In addition, Bozeman is very selective about which dogs he likes. We said sure we would be happy to help Bozeman if they could figure out how to get Bozeman to us without flying on a commercial jet since that is so dangerous, particularly in this hot weather. It was either drive him or ask some very nice people who are part of the Pilots & Paws program -- people who fly their own planes and deliver dogs who need to be rescued to other parts of the country. Pilots & Paws put two legs together and brought Bozeman to Atlanta!

BozemanBozeman flew like a pro. He spent a restful night and is a very happy boy. His tail never stops wagging and he literally smiles at you. We aren't too worried about his thunderphobia because many goldens have this fear and we will find him a home where he won't be left alone a lot and he can wear his anxiety wrap. Bozeman is currently enrolled in a basic training program, and he is doing very well.

Bozeman is a very smart Golden who is recommended to be the only dog in the household.
